game is still crashing

how is this still an issue after the first hero has been released? Do the devs not care about the minority of us that have the game crashing/freezing issue? Any sort of recognition of this problem would make me stop marking these posts but it seems no one seems to realize, and if they do, they haven't said anything about it. I quite literally can still not play the game right now do to crashes and would love to play the new update but can't.
PC specs:
Ryzen 9 5900x
RTX 4070 super
32gb ram ddr4
ASUS AM4 TUF gaming X570-plus

im still crashing every single match atleast 1-2 times per match at random moments, i get no error message ive tried everything i can think of to fix it but nothing

Only fix i found, you need to fix your fps
Type fps_max 50 in console, to make cap

On my 14900k, I have historically had issues where the game only using 8 of my 24 cores causes power and thermal problems that lead to instability and caused my game to crash randomly.

An easy fix was to force the game to use more threads by adding "-threads <your thread count>" to launch options, although in this recent patch it may come with the pretty awful tradeoff of bad stutters, but see for yourself.

Ill try, but in my case its not ram problem...
Does not matter setting will be on high or low, only fix for me its fps cap, because there is no more crashes (without error message)
Also this "bug" started after big update with 3 lanes, before i never got that issue. Yesterday i reinstall my windows, with hope that it will help, but nope... Still crashing, only fps cap helps.
Interesting stuff that 2-3 years ago when i played apex legends I also got something like that, and fps fix helped me to get less crashes in game. Idk why high fps cause game crash....

I said nothing about RAM here, I am speaking about CPU

Well based on my theory here:

high fps = CPU uses more power / produces more heat = CPU could have a moment of instability = crash
fps cap = cpu uses less power / produces less heat = CPU is overall more stable = no crash

Allowing your CPU to spread the workload across more threads could possibly reduce your heat output and the amount of voltage being pushed to less cores to get the same amount of work done, I think

Also, 50 fps is an incredibly low cap though and you should try to play this kinda game at least around 150+ fps just for better input response

But why its only happened in deadlock? Other games i dont have problems like this one
Ps: 50 fps thats small fix to make deadlock stop crashing

Im having completely random crashes too.

Sometimes it reboots my pc mid match.

which monitor you got, and what average fps in game?
I have a Dell 165hz, 1440p monitor. Before i updated my bios to see if it fixed the crashing I limited my fps to 3 below the refresh rate (162) so i could keep using g-sync. Now im using the fps unlimited and get 200fps most of the time, with drops to 130ish on teamfigthts.

Either way, the game crashes using both configs.

Try launch option "-threads <your thread count>" and see if that fixes it. When I had crashing related to unstable CPU power config in BIOS, changing the game to use all my threads made it stop reliably.

i got crashes like one time in 2-3 hours, but playing on 50 fps, that's somehow helping me

That's helped me a lot, finally after 1.5 years i can play without 50 fps cap
