Game is STILL crashing and freezing

I have constantly been making these posts just hoping a dev will see it, not sure if they have, but the game is still unplayable. The game just crashes and freezes at random moments with no errors. It doesn't matter what option I choose to launch the game same thing happens. I have put graphics to the lowest, still happens. there is no sign what makes the crashes happen because it happens in lobby, in queue, in game, in explore NYC and in the practice range. I just REALLY want to play the game but all I can do is play street brawl and crashes 5+ times a match. Please just fix or at least address this issue.
