It was fine with 140 ping but ever since the recent update of September 12-14 the matchmaking has been laggy. My main issues are I suddenly get teleported back 5 seconds, enemies suddenly vanish or teleport, health bar is delayed, and bullets and abilities don't appear sometimes unless hit.
