game is giving me fps drops in fights everytime legit unplayable

recently ive been having my fps drop to 20 fps during fights its so hard to lane cuz when i go fight i just drops to 10 fps and sometimes the game stutters and this is only happening on deadlock so im not sure whats wrong

I also get this problem but it's only when viper is in the game

Seems to happen when you're in the middle of the map. If I'm on the edges or near spawn it's perfectly fine but as soon as I go more towards the center of the map I lose like 3/4 of my fps

additionally powerslash also hard drops ur fps too when you put your camera inside of it
