Game is cut off in display on Linux (Proton)

Description
The game is cut off at the top of the display and a blank space can be seen at the bottom of the display.

Steps to replicate
  1. Make sure game is run at native resolution.
  2. If bug does not appear, exit game and repeat steps.

Additional details
  • Game build: 5085 and onward
  • Notes: Happens every other game launch

Try updating to the latest nvidia driver in the beta branch should probably fix the issue, also compiling https://github.com/ValveSoftware/gamescope from the latest branch with -O3 and running that combined with the game should fix the issue, works atleast on my machine running with Artix Linux with the latest Grok kernel patches.
 
I'm thinking the issue is within DXVK. If I enable both DXVK_HUD and Mangohud, Mangohud will be shifted with the game but DXVK_HUD will bealigned correct. I also don't think Vulkan rendering has this issue.
Also happens on Vulkan. Never mind.

The game is drawn properly if I go to video settings, and press Apply Settings. No need to change a setting or anything.
But it has to be done every time after the game is launched.
