I started playing yesterday and I've already gotten this bug a few times while playing Mina. The match will suddenly freeze as if disconnected from the server: the match timer stops ticking, the minimap stops updating, and notifications on the left don't go away. I can't move, shoot, use abilities, or take any other action.
I can still rotate the camera and check the shop. Patron voice lines related to the current map state will occasionally trigger (like announcing that the urn is available), but the actual map state does not change.
Every 15-30 seconds, one or two new notifications on the left trickle in, and some game text for things like getting souls will pop up. However, I still can't move or act when this happens.
In addition, Mina's animation freezes, and she appears to be holding an untextured object. I can't tell what the object is, but I've taken a screenshot of it below. Since this might be a graphical issue, I've also included screenshots of my current graphics settings. I'm playing on a Windows 10 laptop hooked up to a dual-monitor setup, in case that's relevant.
The only way I've found to resolve this issue is to exit the game client, relaunch it, and reconnect to the match. Doing this fixes the issue.
