Game freezes at random, often crashing me in the middle of whatever is happening

I've had this issue ever since I started playing ~a month ago. I can't really even tell what makes it happen, as I could be in the middle of shopping, a team fight, CSing etc. so there really seems to be no specific trigger (from what I can tell).

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900 2.00 GHz
64.0 GB RAM
RTX 4080 Super

I'm running it in DX11, no other major apps are open. Sadly I can't give much more info than that, as like I said in the beginning it feels pretty random and I have yet to be able to replicate it or notice a pattern.

Hello, you have a fairly efficient system. Maybe you should try the vulkan API. You can enable it in the startup parameters by specifying: -vulkan. After all, your processor has a lot of cores, And DX11 does not parallel this game very well. Perhaps this will save you, you can also set a frame limit to make the game smoother. Personally, motion blur helps me, because it smoothes the frames and the moments that are happening well.
