Game freezes after stunning with venator guthshot

I experience freezes after hitting a wallstun with venators 2. I never experience freezes in the game and I have a pretty good pc so im leaning towards this being a bug rather than a performance issue. I lowered all my settings yet it still happens. Makes it really frustrating to do a gutshot build since I can miss my follow up melee.

I have this issue too, however it seems te freeze the game for everyone in the game, as is evident by my friend's reactions in this clip.
For further context, I am in the toronto area, and the game server was in Dallas for whatever reason.
Also this only seems to happen to me late game? Happened 2 games in row.

Can confirm, basically whenever I stun someone my game freezes for around a quarter of a second
