Game disconnecting every match

Been playing for a couple months now, and ever since the most recent big patch, every game i will randomly freeze then disconnect mid way. Its not my internet since im still in a discord call and i have twitch running on my other monitor but i would have to close the game, and then restart to rejoin. Ive verified files on steam and have no idea why this keeps happening

I'm having this issue too as of late. Before I would occasionally have it happen, but could go a few games here and there without it being an issue. Now it's multiple times a game, where the game freezes and i have to disconnect (Or i get DCed) and then have to rejoin. It really sucks, because game is basically unplayable now.
