Game Crashes On Loading

I haven't had problems with the game crashing until the most recent patch

AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d 8-core
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
32 GB 3200 MT/s
Game is also installed on SSD
Windows 11

Same for me here, whenever I try to go into sandbox, a game or spectate the game blackscreens and then crashes.

Updates graphic drivers, verified game file integrity, etc

That's the exact same screen I see before my game crashes as well.

delete the video.txt in the game folder and restart the game

game > citadel > delete video (text doc)
