Game Crashes and Matchmaking Issues After October Update

Hi,

Ever since the new October patches, my game has been constantly freezing and crashing. Just recently, the matchmaking has also gotten worse ,every match kicks me out immediately. I either have to restart the game to reconnect or completely exit Steam (which doesn’t always work), and as a result, I end up getting banned.

For reference, I play from Dubai and usually get placed in SEA servers with around 100–120 ping. I’m not sure if this is related to connectivity issues, but I’m confident it’s not due to my computer specifications.

I really love this game, but these crashes and bugs have made it hard to enjoy. I hope this can be looked into, or if possible, could someone help me figure out the cause and how to fix it?

same here. We need a fix asap, I keep getting penalized and cant do anything about it. Also here in Dubai

Im using DU fiber ( dubai ) and past few weeks been getting high ping in all games cs2, valo and now deadlock issues with joining party or match

I have also been experiencing really bad game freezes! Had a really big one mid game which was the worst, hopefully it gets fixed soon

I keep having terrible lag spikes, and now I keep going back to the hideout after queuing and starting a game. Got a 24 hour ban and LP for no reason...

same here. We need a fix asap, I keep getting penalized and cant do anything about it. Also here in Dubai

the game is not letting me join at all. When I find a game it will back me out. I restart steam still doesnt fix and i end up getting penalized for it. Please fix this bug, why is this happening?. I've also verified integrity of files still doesnt fix it. Its not my connection, its fine with other games. Please help

I'm having issues too. Ever since the matchmaking/rank update I get massive spikes of net jitter, rendering the game near unplayable once the bigger fights start happening. Nothing about my system specs or internet has changed and deadlock is the only game i'm having issues in. Never had a single problem even once before the update.
