Game crashes and causes a temporary ban

The game crashed, and I performed multiple reconnects, but it still resulted in my ban.
I saw one spectator before the game crashed, and when I re-joined the game with one spectator, the game was still lagging and had high fps, then caused for crashed, and then I got banned
