Game crashed while in Q, kept me in Q for 14 minutes after the game closed and I didn't reopen it. then banned me from playing for a little > 2 hours?

played a game, started Q, crashed(goated pc/consistent between PC crash btw still don't know why(nvidia probs)), went to go do something else for a while, opened the game back up around 1:30AM then realized I'm banned for another hour gn I guess :3
