Just had a game where after copying Victors ult in lane, I was stuck in the respawn animation forever. This removed my model from the game, made me unable to use any items or actives, I couldn't be targeted or hurt by anything, and the only thing that worked was buying Torment Pulse.
Below are screenshots I captured of what it looked like for me, including me discovering Torment Pulse worked. I am certain this happened because of copying Victor's ult, as before that moment the game was completely normal.
