Sinclair stuck in the shadow realm

I stole a Victor's ultimate as sinclair, and just as the time to use was going to end, I died, triggering the rez but keeping me invisible, invincible. unable to attack, melee, use abilities or items, dash or jump. Leaving me to damage the enemies only with Torment Pulse (It didnt end well)

Id send the replay, but I dont have any recording/editing software and the forum doesnt allow the .DEM file
