[Full Ability Concept] Feminine Battle Axe Wielder

This game has a severe lack of a character sporting an axe. There are even items that reference this archetype, like berserker, yet there are no heros who have one. It would be interesting to see a hero added that wields one, especially if it were a feminine presenting person. There are hardly any interesting female characters that use battle axes. One great example of this style of character is Noir from Persona 5 Strikers. Her voice is very soft and she is femeinine presenting, but also wields heavy weapons. Her design with bright colors is really unique.

This character would be positioned in the front and rely on getting up close, similar to characters like Abrams. Her moves would be incredibly slow to come out as her axe would be heavy. Think of characters with slow frame data in fighting games. They would have large wind up times in exchange for packing a lot of damage.

She has 2 base stamina and a slow move speed.

Weapon Concept

Her weapon is similar to a small revolver. It is meant for close range fights and it has 2 barrels, a main barrel that fires bullets with a slow velocity, and another barrel for shooting a short range small explosive projectile with her alt fire. The alt fire uses significantly more ammo and shoots slower. Her alt fire would be similar to Viscous and Yamato's alt fires.

General Ability Concepts

1 - Slamming Dive

After a small windup, the character quickly propels herself forward onto another hero using the momentum gained from swinging her axe. She swings her axe downward over her head which deals weapon damage that scales with spirit power and also applies a knockup. If target hit is airborne they have a small stun of 0.5 seconds instead. The ability does not have to be targetting a hero and can instead be used for movement if needed (like SIlver's Boot Kick)

Tier 1 Upgrade - Applies a diminshing slow for 2 seconds on hero hit.
Tier 2 Upgrade - Reduces enemy bullet resist by 8%, Restores 1 Stamina on hero hit.
Tier 3 Upgrade - Becomes a charged ability. (Grants +1 Charge), Improved spirit scaling for the weapon damage.

2 - Critical Blow (Passive)

This passive activates with a random chance (Starting somewhere around ~20%) whenever one of her abilities using her axe (or melee attack) hits an enemy. When it procs it inflicts a bleed debuff similar to shiv's knives that does spirit damage. It also applies an additional small amount of spirit damage whenever a crit is successfully procced.

Tier 1 Upgrade - +2 seconds bleed duration.
Tier 2 Upgrade - Chance of critical +16% (Critical % chance now also scales a small amount with spirit)
Tier 3 Upgrade - Bleed can now be procced twice on one person if the random chance is succesfully rolled again when using one of her abilities. When a bleed is procced apply a weapon damage amp (+6% per person with bleed) resembling Celeste's Radiant Daggers. (Weapon damage amp does not stack if 1 person has 2 stacks of bleed, only if different heros have it)

3 - Shining Tornado

The character winds up and holds her battle axe near the bottom to spin, swinging it around her several times. This takes inspiration from one of Noir's moves in Persona 5 Strikers. Here is a clip attached.

This ability would deal weapon damage and can hit multiple times (as the axe swings around) It has a long cooldown.
Tier 1 Upgrade - Cooldown reduction -16s.
Tier 2 Upgrade - Velocity increased while swinging axe inside the tornado (+2.5m/s while abilitiy is active)
Tier 3 Upgrade - Applies a Vortex Web-esque debuff that sucks people inside the tornado. This would apply when hit by the axe once. This ensures multiple hits on targets. (Vortex proc applies a very small amount of spirit damage for build variety as people could buy items like mystic slow)

4 - Battle Fury (150s cooldown)

The character charges up (for 2.5 seconds) with her axe while standing still, vulnerable to attacks. Afterwards she can be seen visibly radiating energy that gives increased enemy vision and +4m/s move speed. While Battle Fury is active, her passive Critical Blow now has a 100% proc chance. This ability is similar to other ultimates with an active timer. (Such as Drifter's Eternal Night or Yamato's Shadow Transformation) Base ability has 7s duration.

Tier 1 Upgrade - +2 seconds duration.
Tier 2 Upgrade - +15 Bullet and Spirit Resist while ability is active.
Tier 3 Upgrade - When a hero is killed by her while Battle Fury is active, refund Slamming Dive and Shining Tornado cooldowns.
