Haze changes

The bullet lifesteal on the t3 smoke bomb upgrade applies when you use the ability. It should apply when you exit the invis, when you need it instead of it applying with the dispel magic effect.

Sleep dagger should be given -1 stamina on hit again for t1 upgrade. Sleep debuff in general (rem ult too) should give a slight paranoia effect similar to a drifter ultimate(lowered vision and muffled soinds) but toned down when alseep.

Fixation slow every 20 hits doesnt slow dashes(or at least doesnt show in the text), additionally it only procs 4 times due to a max of 80 Fixation. Allow the spirit damage and slowing to proc (not the weapon damage) after 80 is reached.

Bullet dance right now is in a bad spot. Its difficult to get a kill even with a slowing hex and a warpstone. The movement speed is slow, you cant even slide. The cone is small you can just dash once and youre out. Elevation also makes it incredibly difficult to track an opponent i found as well when ulting.
I think the she needs a rework on her ultimate. The bullet dance is just too much a boring thing. I suggest an execution type ultimate to fit into her assassin character.
Assasination attempt: She would fade out of reality and back into reality behind her opponent (applying smoke bomb buff if you have t3 upgrade) and slice your opponents neck with a sleep dagger putting you to sleep(applying sleep dagger debuffs) and deals 25% more damage(0.25 spirit scaling)while below 50%hp. 25m range, 120 second cd. T1 upgrade -30 cd automatically picks up unsecured souls on impact kill and grants 2 move speed. T2 upgrade, assassinations that kill on impact grant bounties calculated on how many kills/deaths/assists/souls. T3 upgrade, if on impact kill cd is reset.
