Frozen in place during match

Happened during the start of the match, i was frozen in place with my character jittering out and could hear other people play, as well as hear people talk over voice. im not sure what caused it, though i was forced to disconnect and unable to reconnect

Match ID is 16304253, i was unable to grab a video of the bug as it didnt come to mind initially and i dont have much other information to provide
