Bug is as stated in title, all games I've spectated have had all heros walking in place and game progress freezes. I can leave spectating in client and reconnect to see the game continuing.
This is a new bug AFAIK as of 9/24 at 4:45 PM after the unable-to-update and cross-region queuing fix.
Update: some spectated games have frozen within 5-10 seconds of watching, and the client eventually crashed after a minute or two.
