Frozen before dying and being stuck in the screen even after respawning

i have NO clue on what happened but after some ultis happened my game spiked to 230 ping for 5 minutes and even after dying i was blocked in my pov of before dying, with all the animations happening and noises in the background, thought of reporting it before it happens to someone else
