Friend isn't getting invite to the game

I invited my friend to the game about 2 weeks ago and he still hasn't received an invite. We've tried looking in the playtests section, looking in his email/spam folder. I'm not sure what to do, is there someway to help him get into the game?

Update: he has an invite from a long time ago thats now invalid, is there a way to invite him again?

I, too, am having this issue and would like to have my friend reinvited as well.

Same here they accidentally rejected the invite and in game their account is stuck at pending.
