My friend cant queue for a match?

I`ve invited my friend to play deadlock yesterday but she can not queue for a match. She can`t even accept my lobby invite. We tried to verify game files, update drivers, restart but still we get this error. Can this be a regional issues? Pls I appreciate any advice or help.
