Friend is unable to accept Deadlock invite

Hello,

My steam friend (profile ID 76561198124240900) has received multiple Deadlock invites but he's unable to see them or accept them.
He has received no invite email (checked everywhere) and we would very much like to invite him to the playtest.

Please help us to get him into Deadlock!

Steam support was unable to help.
