Frequent Ping Spikes Since Recent Update

Since the most recent update I have been getting frequent ping spikes, causing my player to rubberband and all players and npcs to freeze for a few moments before catching up.

I believe my internet to not be the issue as this has only started happening after a recent update in December.

I believe that I can second this, I was was writing a post for this myself

Since the most recent update, while fighting with other players, the game will randomly stutter and freeze, making it near unplayable. This did not seem to happen before, and as far as I can tell, it does not appear to be an issue with my graphics as I have turned them down again, and it still happens so I believe it's a networking issue

Thirding this, I get a significant amount of jitter and then disconnect after a few seconds, so much so that I've started just manually disconnecting and reconnecting as soon as the graphs go red. Also using arch with a (relatively) clean installation, so I don't think it's an OS issue.
