Frequent Jitters and Packet Loss During Matches

Since I returned to playing at the start of the week, I have noticed that matches have frequent and really bad jitters and packet loss. This shows as characters moving in place, and rubberbanding on my character. This makes the game unplayable. Game ID where this shows is 38167730.
