Frederick James ''Fred/Freddy'' Marsh, was a born around 1874-1876, is a sewer worker/superintendent in Manhattan. During a comprehensive sewer survey which so happened to be at the time of maelstorm occuring outside. He was attacked by an alligator. Just as he thought he was fighting the alligator, impact from maelstrom fused his body with the alligator. Turning him into an antropomorphic alligator.
Mr. Freddy is a hard-working tobacco-chewing man with a loud and rasping voice his speech picturesque and his grammar atrocious, but he knows every turn and joint of New York's 560 miles of sewers. Even tho he's an alligator his teeth is known to fall out due to his poor mouth hygiene. He can bee seen few teeths missing.
For his Napoleonesque manner he was unpopular with his men. He has no control over his left eyelid. It hangs half shut like a broken shade. He got the bad eye one icy cold day in 1925 when a steam line broke. Freddy crawled in to fix it, the steam blowing off at three hundred degrees. When he climbed outside again the temperature was nine degrees and the change, said Freddy, paralyzed his right lid.
Mr. Freddy being already old. Hopes to turn back into a human and die as one. His wish from the patrons is to turn him back into a human.
Character Basics
Freddy uses a stud gun perhaps engineered by mcginnis after his request to have some sort of a gun, mcginnis finding it fitting for him to use a stud gun.
Freddy uses his hands and his shovel/wrench/cane pipe to melee attack.
Abilities
1. Laying Pipes.
Freddy can lay pipes in a radius giving him an ability to basically go back and forth through them. These pipes can maybe be used by both enemies and allies. Perhaps ability to close off one or both sides of a pipe.
2. Death Roll.
Freddy briefly locks on the enemy biting them and does a death roll. (Similar to Mo&Krill ult but a smaller duration) damaging the enemy. Dealing spirit damage
3. Hot lead
Freddy throws hot lead from his ladle. Damaging the enemy and reducing their spirit resistance or interrupting abilities (ability comes from the process of sealing pipes with oakum and molten lead)
4. Gator Frenzy
Freddy starts rolling, belly jumping around and snapping his jaw. As he jumps around he damages the enemies in a radius. Dealing spirit damage

I don't how it all clicked in my head but I had an eureka moment with this hero idea. I'm not an artist but tried to draw the general idea for the character. Any artist drawing is very much welcome. Hope you folks find the idea interesting.
