Fps drop when using vindicta sniper

This isnt affecting me but a friend and every time he tries to use vindicta sniper he recieves massive fps drops and causes it to be unplayable for him and he really wants to play vindincta idk if theres a way to fix it or it needs to be fixed game wise any help is needed

Ive been getting this bug for weeks if not months at this point, it doesnt seem to happen in hideout but in game im noticing im losing 20 or even 30 fps when i scope in. makes hitting the shot almost impossible
