Yeah i wanted to do a infernus ult build with quadruple stuns and realized that bug, it's perfectly consistent, i can never get 4 stuns because the first lightning scrolls disappear on casting. I realized the same with talon, just starting the cast of the bird right after refresher, not event really sending the bird, is enough to cancel the lightning scroll. It's an important issue since they are 2 of the 3 ult items.
