For items that upgrade into a different category, e.g. kinetic dash or arcane surge, the item investment change preview is wrong

Before buying it says it will increase your investment by the price you pay to upgrade:


Instead of accounting for the component's price also being counted toward the investment:
Preferably also show how much you will lose in the other investment meter, when you hover over the upgrade you want to buy

also didnt mean to show in this thread, but on 2nd screenshot you can see both scarabs and 1st item being bound to the same key, which is also a ui bug.
Hero specific keybinds for items dont update on the UI (neither on targets, when using instant cast, nor on your item slots) until you use them, if the previous hero you played had different keys bound
