Fleetfoot is an interesting item endgame build wise because it's a tier 2 you just never want to sell. Well here's the interesting upgrade. It can also double as a magic carpet alternative.

I think each of the items deserves it's own feedback.
Hyperspeed is basically Colossus, but somewhat inverted and better. You have bullet evasion, debuff Resist instead of spirit's, bonus weapon damage and your increased move speed instead of enemy's decreased speed. The cooldown and duration of item can be almost the same with items, so you can have these bonuses most of the time. The main mechanic of increasing speed is good, but now it more like a defensive item, rather for movement.
Winged Feet looks like a Fleetfoot upgrade much more. I like the idea of ability to fly. I believe that Fleetfoot is a movement item, despite that it's in the Weapon section.
