Once again not incredibly detailed on the upgrades, just throwing out ideas to be expanded on.

A bulky armored character with a spear pointed banner and crossbow.

left hand he has a banner, right hand I was thinking a repeater crossbow/bolt gun, with projectile speed similar to grey talon but reduced damage and accuracy, and increased firerate.

Abilities

1. Piercing strike : strike forward after a short delay with the point of your banner, sending out a short range spectral spear, scaling with spirit and melee and reducing spirit resistance. charged ability. 20-25s cooldown.

upgrades could let the range of the strike scale with either spirit or melee range increases, and/or deal bonus damage when piercing enemies. It's probably best it cant ever count as a heavy melee, though, at max it could trigger light melee effects, unless it was parryable.



2. Charge forward : Raise your banner and increase your and nearby minions firerate, scaling with spirit power, you and nearby allies are also granted movement speed scaling with spirit power, you receive ~20% bullet and spirit resistance while channeling. ~6s base channel duration. 35-40s cooldown

upgrades could provide healing or barrier to allies, reduce enemies movement speed and/or resistances while in it, or slow the channel duration the more allies are inside.



3. The Banner (passive/active) : switch between 3 passive buff banners, one boosting spirit power and resistance and scaling with spirit, one boosting fire rate and melee damage scaling with gun damage, and one boosting health regeneration and lifesteal, scaling with health and healing. 2 second cooldown

upgrades could early on increase the range of the buff area, then boost the passive effects during the effect of charge forward, and finally providing scaling with spirit to all the banners for those who want to go full support.



4. Banner of Wrath : unleash the banner of wrath, causing nearby enemies to have their movement abilities restricted and their reticle forcefully pulled to face you while within range while gaining headshot resistance. 110-130s cooldown

upgrades could provide more resistances during it, or enable all the effects of the banner at once during it, but I don't think it should have a super big radius or gain very much more due to how potentially unfun that could be to play against, at most provide a movement speed for yourself and team during it.



I am always posting support leaning characters because I feel like we still need more of them, and we have yet to receive a potential melee and spirit pocket so why not add a character with a versatile way of building as a tank/support hybrid.
