Elaboration: Kelvin's Frost Grenade has had trouble registering in recent days and would often deal no damage or healing despite landing directly on a target and spending the cooldown.
This has been very frustrating for many, hopefully people will chime in with some clips.

Shouldn't require someone in the comments of a post to clarify for someone else. Please for the future actually give context as to what the bug is instead of just assuming that this is a known thing. To me this post is gibberish.

Understandable, I figured thats why it got deleted before so thought I'd add on.
