Fix hitboxes on new characters

I'm sorry but this has gotten absolutely ridiculous. Apollo, Silver and Celeste have hitboxes that are totally and 100% not adequate to the skillshots, with Apollo by far being the worst offender in this. They can quite literally aim for air and still hit you with their abilites, it doesn't matter if you have dashed or hid behind a thin wall. There isn't really anything to add to this, and if anyone thinks that it's not an issue then they don't play the game.
 
I would say that the hit registration and hitboxes are inconsistent overall, since everything seems to be larger than it appears. I’ve noticed this especially with movement abilities, where you can still be grabbed because the hitbox doesn’t seem to keep up with the character model.

With the new characters, Apollo can even hit you without even looking in your direction. Venator seems to have the same issue as Abrams. Where you can be stunned just for standing in the middle of a doorway or on the stairs.

I also wanted to get better angles from the replay, but I can’t revisit it because I keep getting an error (see attached image).
