Firefighter Hero

New York's Cursed Apple deserves a Firefighter to rival its police force (Warden).
The Hero needs a hose-spray ability, I would imagine it as either a powerful knock-back spray, or a healing spray could work as well.
A second ability could be an axe-swing/ throw. Not really sure how this character would flesh out in the long run for overall play style I just thought a firefighter would be a neat addition to the game, I'd assume they're needed with people like Infernus hanging out in town.

Certain Ixians (like Infernus or Grey Talon's daughter-in-law) can control fire, which means they can snuff it out just as easily as they can create it. Having the firefighter be Ixian himself would make sense... as would the complete opposite, actually. He could be a Friends of Humanity-supporting human with staunchly anti-Ixian views. Those demons... ruining our country... causing mayhem and destruction... even the "good ones" have it out for us, taking our jobs...

Having him throw axes as an ability would be badass though.

That's tricky in post-cyberpunk: Modern firefighters need to pre-empt & defuse the big ones by starting smaller fires early so I think you'd need at least a nod to Bradbury's F451's. And a state-employed arsonist then game theories into an NSAgent for dying plants which lands on the FPS-MOBA map somewhere around LoL's (probably diciest character) Ivern. But not to be daunted:

Swinging an axe & crazy tools, this (definitely not cursed) roaming support wields a sawn off shotgun:
1. Brute Sweep: Omniknight's Purification but mostly on movespeed & with the visuals of Counter Helix
2. Point Clear: KotL's Blinding Light but a water balloon
3. Scalding Guard: Merge a camp into a denizen-aligned water elemental to make room for the next spawn. Or a wave of troopers into a team-aligned pet siege creep
U. Flush Out: Powering the hose spray up to an ultimate creates a unique mobility of rocketing around while healing allies plus knocking enemies back
