There needs to be more items 1600 souls or less that give fire rate, thats not an active or tied to something like kinetic dash or having to reload.
rapid rounds, swift striker, capacitor, ricochet, are the only items that give fire rate without having to do anything. and 2 of those items are 6k items.
Same with bullet velocity. There needs to be more items that give bullet velocity. I should be able to make celeste feel a hitscan hero if i wanted to with enough investment.
