The idea is to have more items that can deal spirit damage. Since DOT is very powerful when combined with other items, it should not be able to proc items, this will make items like spirit burn still way superior. The item will function as cold front, but instead of having upfront damage it will apply a DOT effect.

The only reason you would want dot over burst is to proc items, since this item cannot proc items it would need to deal more damage than cold front, and since i do not see spirit scaling i think this item would fall of hard.

it would scale with spirit just didnt know how to add it on the website i used to make it. It would probably have the same or higher spirit scaling than coldfront.
