This only seems to affect Pillow Toss, Tag Along, and Lil' Helpers. Instead of a low-hp line, he plays his standard lines for these abilities. His ultimate has the low-hp lines play properly, though.
I checked the soundevents file, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I'm not sure what could be causing this. Console isn't displaying errors either.
