False Ban permanent appeal

This is me. I got banned for nothing by just playing the game... I already post disscus on Steam, it's just the first 6 hours of playing this game, but something is just wrong...

WHY DID I GET BANNED PERMANENTLY??

I did not trun vpn, I did not use any cheats, I don't rage quit, I don't use toxic chat, i dont pause the game. i dont even know there is a pause button...

The game just crashed, force closed the game, and then when I try to get back to the match I was in, it just crashed again... after that I try to abandon the match, but then the ERROR MESSAGE SHOWS UP! yeah I got banned for nothing, I just exited the game, I can enjoy with my friends..

You didn't get permanently banned for nothing if they ban you permanently that means one thing :

Usually, cheating in Deadlock results in hardware bans. Sometimes, there are queue errors, or people get banned for toxicity. They also get permanent bans here.

Thats new soo you can be perma banned for toxicity? I see they use different approach compare to Dota 2
