Fake Soul Bag Aktive "Sickening Greed"

The Item allows the holder to drop a random amount of unclaimed souls.
The bag is marked for teammates in red and looks slightly different from the normal bag or has a other slightly distinguishing effect.

Enemie effect:
The greedy Summoner gets silenced for 5 seconds and stunned for 1,5 seconds.

Teammate effect:
The bag just vanishes.

Background:
The Idea came from the Mario Kart fake item box.
People are suppose to not fall for it when they have time but if they get greedy during a team fight they get punished.

Could also be pretty neat as an item that lets you drop your own souls. A risk reward trap stun for enemies (silence and stun duration could scale with how many unsecured souls you drop) and also provide a means to give your teammates extra souls you've been farming as well without having to die on a camp or something. Either way I'd really like to see a fake item box esque soul bag mechanic, already love trying to parry people who go for big bags mid teamfight.

could be funny, maybe the souls inside the dropped soul orb would flicker on and off like a broken lightbulb to signify it's a fake, but otherwise look identical

Thanks for the comment,

I think tying the effect length to the unsecured souls would encurage fighting with a big bag and i dont think thats somthing you should encurage. I still think its a funny idear tho.

Also i think dropping souls would be very easyly abused to funnel souls into carrys, if you remember the /kill trolls back in the days.

Yea I had the same concerns, I think it would be cool on paper but I have no idea how it would work in practice. Don't personally remember the /kill trolls, but if that was a real problem before then an item dedicated to doing it deffo wouldn't work.

Had an idea for a few versions of a similar item that either drops a fake mimic copy of a bag when you (or even a teammate in vicinity) claim dropped unsecured souls, or alternatively lets you transform into a fake container yourself to bait heavy melees.

Mimic would probably just explode for damage equal to the original souls in the container and ministun when the enemy tries to melee it.

Self transformation version would occur either passively when claiming a container, or as an out of combat active that snapshots your current unsecured souls/souls gained from the most recently secured container (if souls too low, randomly chooses a number from a range, maybe 175~250).

I imagine the passive version would just change the appearance without changing anything else as to not restrict the player without the conscious decision to do so, and simply break when using your gun, abilities or items. Probably the least convoluted version.

The active version would last until the user dashes or parries to break the disguise, otherwise inactionable while transformed. It would require to be out of combat and provide some countermeasures to being simply spychecked with M1s while disguised, like a decently big initial shield or resistances for the duration of the disguise and being untargetable with items/abilities. Would still take damage from AoE/guns, but there should be no feedback of hitting something, with bullets passing through despite damaging the transformed player. In essence it would hopefully make people paranoid to pick up soul containers without at least emptying an entire mag into one first. Could also be a Rebuttal upgrade to be really funny.
