Fade-out between pre-game and game start not working as intended

Pretty silly bug, but still a bug nonetheless
My specs are as follows in case it helps (I'm gonna guess this is probs due to monitor)

ASUS/ROG PG348Q 3440x1440

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
AMD Ryzen 5 36000 6-Core
32 GB DDR4 RAM
Game is running on a SanDisk 1 TB SSD
