Extremely bad performance after the update

It used to run perfectly at 165+ FPS on max settings; now it runs at 90 on average with heavy dips to 30-40 FPS in intense fights. Street Brawls is basically unplayable.

Tried to switch to Vulkan and fiddle with other settings, but to no avail.

The game is unplayable when the constant stuttering starts at about 10-13 mins in for the rest of the match. Restarting the game only helps for the beginning of the next match.
