Found in training mode, steps to replicate:
- Buy Extra Regen
- Use Medicinal Specter
Medicinal Specter normally heals 152-154 HP at base level, and does so consistently. After buying Extra Regen, it instead randomly heals between 129 and 178 HP with each cast. I tested this by damaging myself with the Half Health button, and again by damaging myself with the neutral creeps in the area.
Edit: This behavior disappears once it's upgraded to Healing Booster- the bug is specific to Extra Regen.
