Extra AP in street brawl

Seems that when refunding tier 1 ap upgrades in streetbrawl, the wrong amount is refunded, allowing for extra AP earlier on than expected.

Played this game trying to replicate that bug, seems that that is the issue, although may extend to normal mode, or higher AP upgrades

Also encountered this recently. Not sure if it's a visual problem only or not, as when re-upgrading later on the problem fixes itself. Also doesn't work with higher AP abilities nor does it work in the normal mode, I believe.
