Extra and Second Wind

This item is meant to be a mobility alternative to Extra Stamina and/or Superior Stamina taking on a more active relation to the player's ability usage.

In some ways this is a brawler's "Extra Stamina" as the shields, short cooldown, and Ammo are great in combination with a short cooldown abilty.

This item is better on characters with a quick charge ability is frequently used in combat. Some notable examples include:
- Calico: Leaping Slash
- Dynamo: Kinetic Pulse
- Grey Talon: Charged Shot
- Holiday: Powder Keg
- Infernus: Catalyst
- Kelvin: Frost Grenade
- Lady Geist: Malice
- Shiv: Serrated Knives
- Vyper: Screwjab Dagger
- Warden: Alchemical Flask
- Wraith: Card Trick
- Yamato: Crimson Slash or Power Slash

Additional Notes:
- A cheaper stamina solution (if you've got item slots) than Superior stamina might be Extra Stamina (500) + Second Wind (1750) which is quite a bit cheaper than Superior stamina (3500).
 
A bit weirdly complicated and weak, extra stamina gives 1 full stamina always, this gives less than 1 if you do cast a certain ability then... get stunned?

Stamina's base recharge time is 5 seconds and gets faster with extra/superior stamina, this item's cooldown is 7 seconds.

So basically in all aspects both items are really just weaker and harder to trigger than any existing ones.

You could probably do something like: remove the imbue, whenever you get stunned, restore 2 stamina, much like reactive barrier, but without the shields, upgrade restores 3 or 4
