Every Character Can Enter Vents

If you are considered "in combat", having damaged another entity or taking damage (including self damage from Geist and Victor), you can crouch and then dash into vents. Most characters can only do this one way, but Geist and Victor can do it both ways. Rem can also abuse this to enter during combat.
