Important
She is not a dedicated healer/support hero. Like most dota and deadlock designs, she is just someone who happens to heal and she might even play selfish gun build with blood tribute.

Design:
A worn out worker who sips too much coffee, with a stern face and attitude. With little regard for wether someone dies or not. "Hey at least i tried right?".

Lore
When working as a paramedic death has become an every day chore to the point where it no longer phases Eva. With the inflated prices in New York few can afford health care and if they won't die now, they will when they can no longer afford the medical bills. Sometimes the best thing she can offer is temporary relief. Her job as taken a toll on her with every lost soul eroding her spirit. What she seeks is for someone to restore her soul.





1 Incision
Cone shape damage in front of the hero.
Forms a scissor in front over 0.9s that snips.
Deals 2x damage to targets at the center where the blades meet, x1 damage if hit by one blade on sides.

Level 1: Deals 6% of max hp when cut for 7s.
Level 2: Blades do slight knockback towards center (1x dmg can turn into x2).
Level 3: Deals x3 damage at the tip of the snip.

Notes:
-The scissors are locked to your character movement and it's orientation when it was cast. So you can finetune the cut with your own movement.
-Meant to be used with Stitched as setup.



2 Stitched
Sends a sewing needle towards target enemy that stitches through the ground, as it moves across the terrain.
On impact nothing happens if the target stands still.
If the target is moving (move inputs, air, slide) then it will take medium damage and become rooted for 1s.

Level 1: Deals small damage in it's path.
Level 2: Cooldown reduction.
Level 3: Sends out a second sewing needle at a nearby target.

Notes:
-This is a pressure move to set up skill 1.
-Has a sound effect that makes it very obvious when needle is getting closer. This sound is local to the player being targetted.
-Knockbacks or general velocity on ground without input does not count as movement.
-Inspiration: Heroes of Newerth's Myrmidon second skill.



3 Emergency Kit
Point and click heal for self or ally.
Heals more the less HP the target has.

Level 1: Provides 15% fire rate for 3s, scales with less HP too.
Level 2: 15% increased healing, now scales with spirit.
Level 3: Dispels the target.

Notes:
-If an ally has 10% HP you will heal them up to 30% HP. A 90% HP target will heal about 5% HP.
-Incentivizes you to go "scorchered earth" in lane.
-Can be used with the "blood tribute" item for gun builds.



4 Life Support
Temporarily revive a dead ally for 5.5s (they die after).
Whenever allies die a marker shows up that you can target them.
Toss a health pack towards the dead ally, reviving them with 35% health.
Skill has 70s cooldown.

Level 1: Increases duration by 1 second.
Level 2: Target gains 30% fire rate and 15 spirit.
Level 3: Gains a second charge.

Notes:
-Has short/medium cast range.
-The target should say something hopeful like "I am... alive?" because their death is ambigous.
-Screenshake violently to kick players who alt-tab the game if they afk during revive.
