A skillshot version of Coldfront with different utility. Alternative/replacement to Capacitor's active which is limited to largely gun heroes. Gun heroes like stacking a lot of buffs hence the bullet resist. Due to the power of capacitor, a high cooldown is probably necessary but if the cooldown is too long it would probably be a worse Coldfront.

I wouldn't mind if capacitor was removed and this was the new T4 item to purge debuffs, to be late game utility everyone can buy like curse.

The capacitor active should just be combined with curse instead imo, on that note i do like the idea of a skill shot spirit active that does damage.
