Lore: The heads of the Ettin Mafia, Dan and Lou Segale are the brawn and brains of the operation, respectively. Normally bit players in the New York Underworld, the two are an unstoppable force in the rare moments they can actually agree on a plan.

Both talk in exaggerated “gangster” accents of different eras, Dan in Jersey accent, Lou in the more fictional “Little Caesar” accent.

Based, maybe a little too closely, on Cho'Gall.

Share the same inventory, items affect both. Each can purchase and sell items on their own, not needing the other’s approval, so communication is key.

Both can Parry, but the cooldown is shared.

Both can melee independently, managing to sync up 2 melees at the same time deals 20% bonus damage.

Dan:
Controls movement

Gun: Double Header - Double Barreled shotgun with a drum magazine and lever action, can partial reload. Reload animation is spinning the gun by the lever, ejecting shells (so the animation can only use one arm). Ammo: 10. DPS: 49. Fire Rate: 1.59. Reload: 4.55 (0.7s starting delay, 0.35s per shell)

1: Homerun - Powerful melee swing that knocks enemies away, interrupts channels, and deals 97.5(x1.5 melee) melee damage. Hitting a Mana Bomb increases its projectile velocity by +200% and damage by +25%. Cooldown: 24. Charges 1. Charge Cooldown: 5. Knockback range: 12m
1: Slows by 40% and reduces fire rate by 20% for 6 seconds.
2: +1 Charge.
5: +60 damage. +35% Mana Bomb damage.

2: Flesh-Eating Hex - Hex nearby enemies, dealing 60(x0.5 spirit) spirit damage over 6 seconds. Hex is reapplied if Lou deals spirit damage to them. Each time an enemy is Hexed, heal for 30 hp, 6 hp on non-heroes. Cooldown: 26. Radius: 12m.
1: +20 heal on Hex.
2: -10s cooldown. -1.5s cooldown whenever Lou hits a hero with Mana Bolt.
5: -18% spirit resist while Hexed. +2s duration.

3: Prepare For Trouble - Passive: Dealing melee damage to an enemy hero reduces Lou’s cooldowns by 2 seconds. Active: Increase Lou’s bullet damage by 15% and grant infinite ammo for 8 seconds. Cooldown is shared with Make It Double. Cooldown: 40.
1: Landing a heavy Melee against a hero reduces Lou’s cooldowns by 6 seconds, can activate more than once.
2: +5% bullet damage. Lou gains +1 max stamina.
5: +16% weapon lifesteal for you while active. If both you and Lou have the 5AP upgrade, the effects of both abilities apply to both of you, including all upgrades.

4: Clobbering Time - After a 1 second cast, Slam the ground, dealing 90(x1.25 spirit) spirit damage stunning and knocking up enemies for 1.75 seconds. Cooldown: 80. Range: 25m. Min-max width: 1.5m-8m. Vertical range: 1.5m. Slam Velocity: 22mps.
1: +30 damage. Lou gains +5% spirit damage for 6 seconds for every hero hit.
2: Slam now instantly hits all enemies in range.
5: Enemies are immobilized for 2.75s after the stun fades.


Lou:
Controls item activation

Dan can still move while you're winding up a heavy melee but loses movement control when you release it.

Gun: Double Vision - Magic eye lasers, has a limited turning radius of 75° in any direction, you’re reliant on Dan to give you firing lines. Reload animation is Lou blinking several times while stretching his neck from side to side. Ammo: 50(x1 spirit). DPS: 62. Fire rate: 11.9. Reload: 2.35.

Shift: Shove - Nudge your body a short distance, roughly 35% the distance of a normal dash.

1: Mana Bolt - Deal 50(x2 spirit) damage, piercing through enemies. Does not interrupt you while firing. Cooldown: 6. Range: 30m.
1: -1s cooldown when hitting Hexed heroes.
2: Debuff: -5% weapon resist for 8s, stacks and refreshes. Max of -30%.
5: Heroes take +2% max health damage.

2: Mana Bomb - Throw a magic bomb that deals 80(x0.965 spirit) damage and slows by 35% for 6 seconds. Alt-cast to toss in the air directly in front of you. Cooldown: 24. Charges: 1. Charge Cooldown: 5. Radius: 6.5m. Velocity:
1: +15% slow. +1.5m radius if hit by Homerun.
2: +1 Charge.
5: +50 damage. If Mana Bomb travels for at least 45m, the explosion also silences for 3 seconds.

3: Make It Double - Passive: Dealing spirit damage to an enemy hero restores 20% of Dan’s ammo. Active: Increase Dan’s fire rate by 35% and movement speed by 20% for 8 seconds. Cooldown is shared with Prepare For Trouble. Cooldown: 40.
1: Hitting 2 or more heroes with 1 ability restores 100% of Dan’s ammo.
2: +15% fire rate and move speed.
5: +16% spirit damage for you while active. If both you and Dan have the 5AP upgrade, the effects of both abilities apply to both of you, including all upgrades.

4: Arcane Annihilation: Channel for up to 5 seconds, slowing enemies in the radius by 50% and disabling movement abilities and items, activate to deal 250(x2.25 spirit) spirit damage. Cooldown: 200. Radius: 14m.
1: +1.5m radius per second channeled.
2: Deals 6(x0.06 spirit) spirit damage every 0.3s while channeling. -80s cooldown.
5: On activation: Dan’s stamina is fully restored and Flesh-Eating Hex’s cooldown is refreshed. While channeling: You are both Unstoppable.
