First time coming up with an item. I think we've all had a game where the carry on the enemy team gets hard fed, and it feels like the game is lost simply because of the imbalance of souls.
Stats:
+7 spirit power
+6% bullet resist
+6% spirit resist
Passive:
Damaging an enemy hero increases regeneration and move-speed, and a builds up to a self-heal.
Regeneration, move-speed and self-heal amount increases based on the difference in souls between yourself and the enemy hero.
Max stats at 25% difference in souls.
