Enemy Waren permanent respawn at our base (rejuv respawn location)

Hi,

in my most recent match, the enemy warden died with rejuv in our base. He then respawned there after a few seconds, died again and got the normal death timer. However, he continued to respawn in our base.

~37:10 is the 3rd time he respawns in our base.
